Senator Jimoh Ibrahim holds 2nd Aseyori seminar

Billionaire business mogul and Senator of The Federal Republic from Ondo South, Senator ( Dr.) Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR, has placed core emphasis on the need for strategy and innovation as basic tools for achieving desired goals , while stressing that innovation is deployed to solve problems. He noted that strategy makes reaching a desired goal more easy as it entails allocation of resources to achieve a purpose. These indications formed the core of his intellectual observation at the 2nd Aseyori Seminar held at the University of Fortune, Igbotako on Saturday, the 16th September, 2023.
The Havard and Cambridge trained cerebral Mega Projects expert , who delivered lecture on ‘ Strategy and Innovation’ noted that for every goal, there is a strategy which makes its achievement easier to reach, mainataining that the way resources are allocated is the basic concern of strategy as this requires both dependent and independent variables.
Senator Ibrahim said while people talk of strategy all the time, there is a misconception about the word as this misconception on its own stands on its head logic on the way people misapply it in their everyday concerns.
He noted that a strategic thinker understands the need to allocate resources to achieve purpose and in doing this, he considers and separates independent variables from dependent variables as this allows him to evaluate how closer he is to achieving set goals.
The founder of University of Fortune, Igbotako stressed that understanding quality independent variables makes for informed judgement on what variables are impactful and which one are less impactful on the basis of which variable is less than 0.5 percent in terms of worth in the process of allocating resources towards making a goal an astounding reality.
While maintaining that Innovation is an act of solving problems , the Ondo South Senator encouraged the youthful participants to think more pragmatically so as to become innovative problem solvers in a society which already beckons on the need for the innovative ideas of the younger generation.
Senator Ibrahim while unveiling his ‘ 100 days in The Senate Score card’ noted that he has presented a bill for the establishment of Bitumen Development Commission (BDC) as well as a bill on Insurance Ammendment Act of 2023.
” I have moved a motion for urgent Federal Government attention for the good people of Ayetoro community in Ondo South while within these 100 Days, I have also seconded a motion for the election of The Senate President.”
Senator Jimoh Ibrahim stated categorically that he has facilitated the payment of 200 Million Naira by Niger Delta Development Commission ( NDDC) to the Contractor handling the Light Project at Ode- Erinje.
On Wednessday, the 20th September , The Ondo South Senator will be flagging off Road Rehabilitation and Construction of Roads in Ondo South Senatorial District.
Senator Jimoh Ibrahim also noted that the event will feature presentation of Empowerment Cheque of 300,000 Naira per person to 100 persons from Ondo South Senatorial District.
