Parents of Quadruplets and Triplets get Ondo First Lady’s Aid
The Joy of Mr and Mrs Ugochukwu Eneh lucky parents of a week old quadruplets knew no bounds today at Ore health Center in Odigbo LGA of Ondo state when ondo State First Lady, Arabinrin Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu visited them with lots of gift items namely; cartons of baby’s milk, rolls of pampers and a cash of three hundred thousand naira ( N300,000).
Mrs Akeredolu while congratulating the father of the quadruplets (a trader) and the wife (an undergraduate) advised them as a matter of importance to adopt a family planning measure to be able to take adequate care of the five children they now have, and promised to keep in touch with the children.
Mrs Akeredolu also commended the nurses and midwives at the center for a work well done.
The couple while answering questions from news men expressed their profound gratitude to God for sending the First Lady whom they described as a good Samaritan.
In a related development, the wife of Ondo State governor, Her Excellency, Arabinrin Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu today donated a cash of two hundred thousand naira (N200,000) and cartons of baby’s milk, pampers etc. to the parents of a month old triplets in her office at Akure.
Presenting the gift items, Mrs Akeredolu said is a show of concern knowing what it takes to take care of a baby in our present economy and advised them to make good use of the gifts in the best interest of the triplets.
The couple who are petty traders, thanked the First Lady for the gesture which they said is a big relief of the burden of fending for their triplets since they arrived.
