OSOPADEC trains secretaries, executive officers, personal assistants on office management and technology
The Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), held a 4-day training workshop for Confidential Secretaries, Executive Officers and Personal Assistants to drive efficiency and administrative productivity of the staff.
The participants were taken through various topics which included; Work Attitude and Organisational Efficiency, Personal Effectiveness and Self-Management, Effective Communication and Human Relation, Team Work, Time Management and so on.
In the interactive session, the Convener, Mr. Victor Kayode, urged the participants to discuss their work challenges and advised them to ensure that the workshop is not just a routine but a means to radical change, quoting that “if you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got”.
One of the participants, while speaking in an interview, appreciated the Commission for the workshop, adding that the workshop has helped them to understand the true meaning of teamwork and they have alot to take home to help improve their working environment.
