Ondo indigenes in diaspora canvasses support for Akeredolu
The Ilaje Indigenes Descendants Association, UK Chapter on Wednesday canvassed support for Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, the All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernitorial candidate for the Nov. 26 election in Ondo State.
The association said that it gave its unalloyed support for Akeredolu because he remained the best and outstanding candidate among the arrays of candidates and political parties.
Prince Bolaji Odidi, the President of the association said that Akeredolu remained resolute, honest, truthful and a special breed who find it difficult to renege on his electoral promises.
“Our people have gone through hard times in the last eight years, no jobs, no salary for workers, no electricity and lack of social amenities among others.
“He is upright, truthful, honest, and posseses rare qualities, we believe he will serve the intetest of our people, that why we are on ground to support him,” Odidi said.
He, urged Ondo indigenes to vote for who the person who would support their interest adding that they should troop out en massse and vote for APC.
