The Ondo State Football Agency has unveiled a new set of technical crew for Sunshine Stars Football Club with the task to escape relegation from the Nigeria Professional Football League.
The coaches unveiled are former super eagles coaches, Austin Egguavoen as head coach and Ike Shorunmu as Goal Keeper Trainer.
Performing the unveiling, the Chairman of the Interim Management Committee of the Ondo State Football Agency, Mr Gbenga Elegbeleye, urged the new coaches to be alive to their new responsibilities in a bid to ensure the team is rejuvenated.
Speaking at the event, Chairman, Sunshine Stars Supporters club, Emmanuel Odunyi, appealed to the supporter to throw their weight behind the new coaching crew.
Responding, on behalf of the new coaches, Coach Austin Eguavoen promised he’s going to fortify the team for optimum performance in the Nigeria Professional Football League, especially by bringing in the best legs to play for the team.
