The Rebuja of Osooro Oba (Dr.) S. Gbadebo Bajowa II (JP) has described the lawmaker representing Okitipupa Irele federal constituency as an illustrious and consummate son of Ikale land.
Rebuja extolled these sterling qualities of Hon. Mike Omogbehin during the latter’s unscheduled visit to the monarch in his palace at Igbotako, which incidentally is the home of both the lawmaker and the royal father.
The paramount ruler expressed optimism that the lawmaker’s antecedents and pedigree would square and afford him the needed platform to do much more for the people of Okitipupa / Irele federal constituency.
The royal father who assured the lawmaker of continued support and prayers also urged him to always seek divine direction
in whatever assignment or decisions he has to embark upon.
In his reaction the lawmaker explained that he had to visit the royal father to avail him with his achievements for the past twenty months in the National Assembly, and more importantly the step taken so far over the blackout across his constituency.
Omogbehin who had earlier attended the thanksgiving ceremony organised over the foiled kidnap of the wife of Abodi Oba G.B. Faduyile, promised to be fair, focused and steadfast in his approach to both his official duties and interaction with all who would come his way.
The highpoint of the visit was the outpouring of prayers and royal blessings for the lawmaker and his team by the royal father.
