In its continued effort towards ensuring a well planned environment attractive enough for investors from home and abroad, the Akeredolu led administration is expediting all actions required in realizing this.
The Commissioner for Physical Planning and urban development, Prince Solagbade Amodeni with the enforcement team of the ministry took this drive to Ondo town in the state where a proposed gas station project was inspected to confirm its suitability, recommendation and approval status and its functionality for the proposed development .
The location, according to the Commissioner, is free from built-up environment and does not in any way pose threat to lives and properties.
The developer, Mr Bodun Akinyele commended the efforts of the state government so far and appreciated the Commissioner’s recommendations and promised to make sure the project is done to specifications and in line with the state Physical Planning rules and regulations. He said he equally looked forward to partnering with the state government on people-oriented developmental projects and was hopeful that the project upon completion will generate employment for youths in its environs.
