Ese-Odo Assembly Member Visits Family of fire Victims.

Visited the family of victims of recent domestic family fire outbreak at Biagbini in Ese-Odo local Government Area.
Speaking during the ocassion, Hon.Torhukerhijo told the members of the family to take solacs in God and forge ahead with life because what has happened cannot be changed.
He regretted the incident which he described as “the tragedy of the moment”.
He called on the authorities of Ese-Odo Local Government and the Ondo State Government to provide relief materials to rebuild the burnt structure and also provide for the bereaved family.
Speaking on the issue, Rev. Isaac Jide of the Baptist church who gave the sermon at the funeral service of the deceased admonished the family members to put their trust in God because it is only God that can console a person at a time of grief.
Speaking further Rev. Jide called on the Ondo State Government to come to the aid of the community to rebuild the footbridge of the community which is in a dilapidated state.
According to him, the fire incident which led to the death of the people could have been averted if the footbridge were to be in good shape.
Speaking on behalf of the family, the eldest child of the late Mrs Moyo Jide, Mrs Osinbai Goh expressed appreciation to Hon. (Barr) Success Torhukerhijo for the visit, noting that the leaders like Torhukerhijo who are sensitive to the plights of their people are what our society needs at this time.
The fire incident which claimed the life of a 70 year old woman, Mrs Moyo Jide and four grand children has gone virile on the social media in the past few days.
