Business mogul and philanthropist, Mr. Bamidele Omosehin has congratulated Muslims in Ondo State and Nigeria on the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir.
He charged them to continue to pray for the state and Nigeria in general, saying the emergence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was outcome of people’s cry to God.
Omosehin, who organises empowerment programmes for widow, women and youths in the state, called on pilgrims from the state who are in Mecca to remember the state and country in their prayers.
He also called on Nigerians within and outside the country to support the economic policies of President Tinubu for the development of the nation.
Omosehin stated that if every citizen cooperates with the president in his efforts to revamp the nation’s economy, the country would be put on a better pedestal soonest.
In his statement, he said: “I congratulate all our Muslim brothers and sisters in Ondo State and Nigeria as a whole.
I want to implore our youths to celebrate the season with decorum to avoid any form of crisis.
“I call on those on Hajj to remember our state in their prayers and also pray for our country.
“It is through prayer that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu won the ticket of his party, All Progressives Congress, APC, and the presidential election.
“I also want to charge all Nigerians both in the country and in the Diaspora to support President Tinubu’s economic policies so that his efforts in revamping the nation’s economy will not be in futility.
“All we need now is patience with the people at the helm of affairs pending the manifestation of the benefits of the policies.”
