CAC President Abraham Akinosun visits Deji of Akure
The President of the Christ Apostolic Church of Christ worldwide, Pastor Abraham Akinosun today paid a courtesy visit to the Deji of Akure Kingdom, Oba Ogunlade Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi, Odundun II at his Palace. The CAC President described Oba Ogunlade as a man of fortune and destiny considering the peace and development that Akure has witnessed in the last one year under him.
He described Akure Land as a home of the great men of God especially in the CAC denomination. The President later prayed for the monarch and the people of Akure Land.
In his response, Oba Aladelusi thanked the CAC President and other pastors for the visit. He described CAC as one of the few churches in Nigeria that have remained fervent in their prayer for a better Nigeria. I was born in the Christ Apostolic Church and I know how fervent you are in prayer, your prayer has sustained this country despite our shortcoming and I want you to continue, Oba Aladetoyinbo said.
The visit was part of the activities lined up to mark the 70th Anniversary of CAC Oke-Igan, Akure. The president was accompanied by the General Secretary, the Financial Director of CAC worldwide, as well as other top pastors of CAC.
