CVR: Nigerians now more zealous on electoral process says Agboola Ajayi
Deputy Governor of Ondo State on Thursday monitored the Continuous Voters’ Registration (CVR), exercise at Methodist Primary School, Kiribo in Ese-Odo local government area of Ondo State.
Already, the State Government has declared today (Thursday) a public holiday to enable those who are yet to register to participate fully in the exercise that would come to an end on August 31th (Friday), according to the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) schedule.
Ajayi expressed satisfaction on the turnout of people, saying Nigerians are now enlightened on the gains of electoral process.
The Deputy Governor, however appealed to the electorates to stop selling their votes but rather see it as avenue that give them the power to elect credible representatives.
