Akeredolu’s familiarization train hits Okitipupa

Chief Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN) an APC governorship hopeful has visited Okitipupa today in his bid to familiarize himself with party faithful in Ondo South senatorial district. He was accompanied in his visit by party stalwarts such as Hon. Paul Akinterinwa, Hon. Adelegbe, Hon. Kele Bododeokun, Hon. Abena to mention but a few.
In his welcome address, APC chairman, Okitipupa, Hon. Akeremale saluted Akeredolu’s courage in his bid to vie for the number one seat of the state. He advised Akeredolu not to forget the south senatorial district, which has suffered neglect and abandonment in the past few years.
Chief Rotimi Akeredolu while addressing party executives, and party faithful from Okitipupa local govt, said he is not an inconsistent politician who jumps ship from one party to another at his convenience. He said he has the requisite experience to represent the party as its governorship candidate. He appealed to the party faithful to consider his rich legal background, his commitment to progressive politics and his bright chance of victory at the gubernatorial poll come November election.
He promised to work out strategy and policy that will enhance the industrial growth of the Ondo south senatorial district.
