Akeredolu, Obiano, Others Pay Tribute To Jude Ositadinma, SAN

Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano, former Governor of Anambra State, Madam Virginia Etiaba, Judges, Members of the inner and outer bar, Senior Lawyers, and other notable Nigerians on Wednesday 7th February, 2018 attended a Special Court Session held in honour of the late popular lawyer, Jude Ositadinma Nnadi, SAN alias O. J. Global in Onitsha, Anambra State.

O. J. Global as fondly called by his admirers died on 30th December, 2017 after a brief illness.

Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano described him as a hardworking lawyer which the entire state would missed greatly. He urged members of his family not to grief because he lived a fulfilled life.

On her part, Madam Virginia Etiaba said the death of Jude Ositadinma Nnadi was still a rude shock to her. “We will remember him for his brilliance and hardworking”, she said.

Governor Akeredolu remarked that he got close to Jude Ositadinma when he was handling the election petition between Ngige and Obiano.

“He was an accomplished solicitor; an accomplished advocate, we shall all miss him.
As lawyers, we never fight. We only argue cases of our clients from both sides. There was a day we argued in court vehemently, the following day he was the first to greet me. That was the kind of lawyer he was.

” I know he dedicated his life for Christ. He knew the Prince of Peace while he was alive. I’m sure he will rest in peace. If we celebrate life there must be a time to celebrate those who have died. Because God giveth life and taketh “, he added.

Jude Ositadinma Nnadi was born on 9th October 1959 at at Obibi Ochasi Village Uhuala, Orlu Local Government Area, Imo State. He was called to bar on Friday 7th October, 1986. He spent a total of 31 years in active legal practice as a legal practitioner.

Jude Ositadinma Nnadi alias O. J. Global was a fierce lawyer, brilliant and hardworking. He will surely be missed by his family, Anambra State and the legal profession in general.
