Ondo State governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has commended the President of the National Industrial Court (NIC), Justice Babatunde Adejumo, for the various achievements recorded in the Industrial Court since he assumed office as the President of the Court.
Akeredolu particularly hailed the legal luminary for promoting the interest and progress of the state, and
appreciated Justice Adejumo’s commitment to building a beffiting Court complex in the state.
The Governor made the commendation while commissioning the NIC Car Park, adjacent the Government House, Alagbaka, Akure on Saturday, 18th May, 2019.
Akeredolu noted that the Park will go a long way to end the difficulties attached to parking vehicles along the road.
He said that the park will add value to the court, thereby making it easier for lawyers and others who have businesses to do in the court to park their vehicles without hitch.
He assured the President of the court that the state government will do its best to maintain the park for the use of all.
Similarly, the Governor also named a street in the Alagbaka area of Akure after the President of the NIC.
Earlier, justice Adejumo, who in his remark, recalled his efforts towards bringing the court to the state, lauded the commitment of the governor towards the building of the park .
