Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, has approved the appointment of Donald Ojogo as deputy Chief of staff in the Office of the Deputy Governor. Ojogo, a seasoned journalist, attended University of Lagos, where he obtained Bachelors and Masters Degrees in History and Strategic Studies. He started his journalism career in The Guardian Newspaper. He later worked in other media houses including Nigerian Tribune, Daily Independent, Leadership and New Telegraph. Between 2007 and 2009, Ojogo also served as Press Secretary to Governor of Ondo State. Until his appointment, he was a Senior Technical Adviser ( Policy/Media) to the Minister of State for Agriculture.
A statement from the Office of the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, announced other appointments in the office of the Deputy Governor. They are:
Leke Akeredolu – Deputy Chief  Press Secretary, Augustine Pelemo – Special Assistant (Political), Bayo Olomu – Special Assistant (Special Duties), Samuel Ogunmusi – Personal Assistant. All the appointments take immediate effect.
