APC Appionts Sen. Jimoh Ibrahim Member National Convention Finance Committee

Senator representing Ondo Southern Senatorial District and Ambassador-designate, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim has been appointed member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Convention Finance Committee.

The 38-man committee was led by Governor Hope Uzodinma as chairman, and co-chairman is Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State.

According to a letter signed by the National Secretary of the party, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, the sub-committee is saddled with the responsibility of fundraising and resource mobilisation and allocation.

Senator Jimoh Ibrahim is among chieftains of the party to strategise on how to make the national convention a success story.

The billionaire business magnate is one of the strongest allies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu who worked assiduously during his campaign in 2023 towards making his aspiration a success.

APC National Secretariat had constituted a number of committees to organised and conduct the convention for new leadership to emerge and run the affairs of the party for another four years.

Senator Jimoh Ibrahim has been nominated and appointed an Ambassador-designate pending his posting to the country where he’s going to represent Nigeria.

His wealth of experience in business world must have influenced his new appointment as a member of the party’s National Convention Finance Committee.
