The lawmaker representing Owo/Ose Federal Constituency, Hon. Timehin Emmanuel Adelegbe has felicitated with all Muslims of the Federal Constituency for this year’s Eid-Maulud celebration.
According to Adelegbe, Maulud which marks the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW), is a time to be remorseful and reflect on the life the Holy Prophet.
In a statement by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Wale Akingbade, the lawmaker urged all Muslims across the Federal Constituency to use this occasion to pray for continuous peaceful coexistence in Owo and Ose Local Governments and the State at large.
The Budget and Appropriations House Committee member also urged Muslims to put into practice all the good teachings and the leadership qualities of the Holy Prophet Muhammad during his life time. He called on them to use the occasion to promote unity among the diverse tribes in Owo and Ose as well as Ondo state, noting that peace and unity are key to the development of our state.

“I also enjoin all Muslims to pray ceaselessly for the peaceful coexistence in Owo/Ose Federal Constituency and the entire Ondo state as this is the only key to sporadic development,” he said.
